LAWN MAINTENANCE SERVICES BID
Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:34-9.3, please be advised that the bid opening for June 9, 2023 has been cancelled. The vendor previously approved by the Board of Education is fulfilling the contract.
Bids will not be accepted. If you have already mailed in a bid, it will be returned to you unopened upon receipt.

LEGAL NOTICE
The School Business Administrator/Board Secretary of the Westampton Township Board of Education, in the County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, by authority of said Board, solicits sealed bids for Lawn Maintenance Services at the Holly Hills and Westampton Middle School campuses as two, one-year contracts from the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025.

by 12:00 P.M. Friday, June 9, 2023 at which time all bids will be opened and read in public.
Two copies of the bid MUST be in a sealed envelope, clearly marked on the outside, “LAWN MAINTENANCE SERVICES BID ENCLOSED”. The District will not be responsible for bids that are inadvertently opened due to the bidder’s failure to clearly mark the envelope as indicated.
Specifications are available upon request at the Business Office of the Westampton Township Board of Education, located at 700 Rancocas Road, Westampton, NJ 08060.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10: 5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 Affirmative Action.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
