On February 26, Westampton's 8th Grade Band students got a preview of what band life looks like in high school. The five sending middle schools, Westampton, Eastampton, Lumberton, Holbein, and Hainesport, joined together with RV's Wind Ensemble to put on the 7th annual RVRHS Side-by-Side Concert. We had eight students attend and there were eleven Westampton alumni that joined us. Under the direction of Dave Britton, RV's Band Director, the students had a fun, music-filled day and put on a noteworthy concert. It was great to see our students of the past and present showcase their musical abilities.
