This year, for the first time, Westampton Middle School held a sixth grade orientation where incoming sixth graders were able to get to know the Middle School. The orientation was a way to help ease any anxiety and answer any questions students might have for the transition to middle school. Students and parents met the teachers, toured the school to learn the layout of the building, and got to know what being in middle school would be like. Students were able to go to each of their classes and learn about the school and play getting-to-know-you games with their teachers. The last stop of the night included practicing opening lockers, where many students quickly became pros!
We wish to welcome all incoming sixth graders and wish them a successful school year!
