Music students in 7th and 8th grade start the marking period off with “The Soundtrack of My Life” project. In this unit, we discuss the importance of music in our lives, as well as when and where we might listen to, hear, or interact with music. Students are asked to think of important moments in their lives and create a playlist using music to represent those moments.
If your student had music in the first marking period, ask them what they included on their soundtrack! Marking period two soundtracks will be coming soon.
